Quantum Diagnostics

Brief: Drug testing company, Quantum Diagnostics, asked us to create a corporate communications strategy. This was aimed at raising the company’s profile among key client groups and developing a formal stakeholder engagement process.

Solution: We worked with Quantum Staff and customers to create a bespoke strategy for the company, identifying key messages, language and tone; target audiences; and appropriate tactics and channels. As part of this, we conducted market and audience research and helped the company to map and segment its stakeholders, delivering a prioritised stakeholder engagement plan. The new approach to communications and stakeholder engagement was rolled out as part of the launch arrangements for the company’s expansion, which included the formal opening of a new laboratory.
